Premeditated Sin
In today's world, in our communities, families and social media life we can see and hear much about what is happening in a person's life. There are photos posted of self and family activities. There are posted announcements of various functions that are interesting to a diverse group of individuals. The fallacies captured in some of these social media scenes are acted out in real life, therefore, watching reality television is becoming a thing of the past, because one can interact with the social media.
Jesus said "Be wise as a serpent and harmless as doves," however, in this dying world the serpent struck the dove with intent on killing the spirit.
Often humankind give Satan to much credit for what he had nothing to do with. Each time something goes wrong in our lives Satan is blamed. When something is going great credit is given to self. God is called when things are so bad we reach out to him to deliver us, only to return to the same mess and stress, and many wonder why things are so difficult in their lives.
Sadly many just fall in the pit and stay there. When this occurs humankind becomes a murderer of their own soul. This is Premeditated Sin.
Premeditated sin is when we intentionally, and willfully sin. To make it a little clearer for those who don't want to hear; you knew what you were going to do before you did it and it didn't matter to you that it was wrong because you knew it was wrong before you did it.
An individual who is lost is sin sick. This illness becomes a virus and saved persons can be affected if they are not careful in identifying (discernment) a person who is infected with the sin disease.
The biggest perpetrators who commit premeditated sin are Christians. That's right Christians. To put it lightly, so-called Christians.
Christians know right from wrong and their lifestyle mirrors that of a royal priesthood. Scripture teaches us, "We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God." Does this give us a right to sin? No it does not. "If we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned we make him a liar, and the truth is not in us." (1 John 1: 8-10 Key Bible, KJV)
Have you committed premeditated sin? If you knew it is wrong before you commit it, it is premeditated.
Give your life to Christ, not to the social media.
