Rest In Jesus
At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee; O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou has hid these things from the wise and prudent, hast revealed them unto babes. ( Matthew 11:25)
At that time- Of His rejection.
I thank thee-I openly confess.
At that time- Of His rejection.

The wise-Wise ones; The wise are enemy to God.
The prudent-In their own eyes.
Hast revealed-Spoken of things revealed from God i.e. taught, communicated, made known by His spirit and influences.
Unto babes-One unlearned, unenlightened, simple, innocent.
Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. (Matthew 11:26)
Seemed good-Well pleasing.
All things are delivered unto me of my Father; and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal to him. (Matthew 11:27)
Are delivered-Were delivered.
No man-No one.
Knoweth fully know-No created being has ever seen God in His essence as spirit.
Will-Intendeth to reveal.
Reveal-Unveil.
Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28)
Our burden heavy-His rest given
Come-Christ refers not to sin, but service, not to guilt, but to labour, not to the conscience, but to the heart; not to repentance, but to learning; not to find forgiveness, but to finding rest.
All-Limited to those seeking rest.
Labour-Toil.
Rest-Refresh
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto you souls. (Matthew 11:29)
Take(command)-To take up and place on oneself, to take and bare, meaning to bare, carry.
Command-Reason for.
Our rest found
Learn-Intellectually from others or from study and observation.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:30)
Yoke-Obligation (servitude).
Meek-Humble.
Find-To find for one self.
Rest-Quiet, from occupation, oppression or torment.
Soul-Yourself.
Easy-Nothing harsh about it.
Burden-Spoken of the precepts and requirements of Christ in antithesis to these burden.
We find rest in many luxurious settings, and there are those times when simplicity meets our needs for rest. If we return from these rest and we still aren't rested.
It is time to Rest In Jesus.
