God Answers Prayer

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: ( 1 John 5: 14)

And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desire of him. (1 John 5: 15)

In the 21st century many are face with life's uncertainties.  Jesus said, he has overcome the world, therefore, those who follow Christ have overcome the world.

God continues to test us to strengthen our faith.  Although we wavier at times, we should never give in to the wiles of the devil for his job is to destroy, kill, and steal our joy.

Sure, some us face daily struggles.  Many are losing homes, jobs, lives, and their peace of mind.  Their is an appearance of no hope, and we forget whose we are. 

I was reminded by a friend that God did not bring me this far to leave me.  No matter what it may look like in our eyes God always have something greater for us when we continue to follow him.  God does not bless mess, therefore, we can't eat of the table of the devil and God's.

Let go of those people, places, and things that is not part of God's plan.  How do we know if it not God's plan? It never works out.

Whose Plan Is It?

Ephesians 4: 1 says, "I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called." In verse two, Paul says we are to walk in all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love. This walking is not a physical walking but a spiritual one.  It is how we are to live our lives to the glory of God.  How worthy is your walk? It goes deeper than afore mention.  Consider this; There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. (Eph. 4: 4 - 7) Jesus is the chief corner stone which the foundation is built, therefore those who are the saints of God are the temple of God.  It does not matter where you have your name on a roll, what you should be concern about is your name in the Book of Life. Many Are Called Few Are Chosen

"For many are called but few are chosen." ( Matthew 22: 14) What does this scripture mean to you? The calling is a call to service as a servant for the Living God.  There are many Gods but there is only one Jesus, therefore we must differentiate when we say god. Consider what Jesus said of Saul of Tarsus before Jesus during his conversion: And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias, And he said, Behold, I am here .
